R WATCHES NGP provides reliable, safe, and insured courier delivery across all serviceable pin codes in India.

1. Order Processing & Dispatch

All confirmed orders are processed, quality-checked, and safely packed within 24 to 48 business hours from the time of order placement.

Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be dispatched on the next business day.

2. Estimated Delivery Timelines

Delivery timelines vary based on the destination city and courier serviceability:

• Metro Cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata, Pune): 2 to 4 business days.
• Rest of Maharashtra & Major Towns: 2 to 5 business days.
• Rest of India / Regional Areas: 4 to 7 business days.
• North-East, Jammu & Kashmir, and Remote Locations: 6 to 9 business days.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated and clearly shown during the checkout process before payment. Promotional free shipping offers will be automatically applied at checkout when active.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an automated tracking notification via WhatsApp and/or SMS containing the courier partner name and live AWB tracking number so you can monitor your shipment progress in real time.

5. Delivery Address & Contact Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery details including door number, street, landmark, city, state, pin code, and an active mobile number. R WATCHES NGP is not responsible for shipment delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete contact information.

6. Damaged or Tampered Outer Packages

If the outer courier parcel appears physically crushed, opened, or tampered with at the time of delivery, please do not accept the package, or record an unboxing video in the presence of the delivery agent and immediately inform our customer support.
